Great Arch Consulting builds the strategic leadership capacity for individuals and teams in organisations to tackle critical climate-related issues and sustainability. We do this through the implementation of multidirectional cognitive experiential turning points which are delivered to clients and their stakeholders. These processes enable leadership in organisations to strategically engage with their people and stakeholders and ensure that policy leadership groups for collective action thrive and effectively deliver on their mandates.

About Us

A powerful shift is needed in individual and collective behaviours to bring about the desired climate change on our planet. Great Arch Consulting has designed a series of cognitive experiential leadership development programs that present organisations with an opportunity to contribute to a revolution in the paradigmatic beliefs, values, assumptions, and social norms that serve as the fabric which prevent positive change in organisations.

Our role is role in this context  is to help address social and global issues by creating prosperity for all while contributing to a healthy natural environment and improving human well-being.

Our approach provides leaders with the best blend of theory and practice, action research and application, which is transferred to the workplace and engagement with key stakeholders.

Each of our coaching sessions are principle based and built on key learning goals, experiential components, advice and tools, and application exercises. Our learning journey which we facilitate is particularly effective as it raises self-awareness, and nurtures the creation of a sustainably mindset  in leaders and teams.

The 4 Arch Journey

The 4 Arch Journey approach is a practical way to approach this, surfacing threats and opportunities and suggesting ways in which to respond to them. The business case and action plans can then be developed. Collaboration, co-learning and sharing of knowledge will be valuable strategies for companies as they chart this new course and begin to understand and respond to the challenges and opportunities created by a zero-carbon economy.
