This is the teambuilding experience of the century. Delegates are welcomed into a workshop of their dreams. Each team has a car, school bus, motorbike, or tractor which they need to transform from start to finish. Seats come out, wheels change, new trim, new sound, new spray job… and even new engine.

You have, at some point or another, all had the fantasy of what it would be like to transform a vehicle into a dream machine.  This is your chance, we give you the technical team, the tools,  the artistic design facilities and the space and platform to make it happen.

The pressure is on as you get your Pimpmobile into shape for the Pimp Parade. The final product is then donated to a charity in full form or in part (may have the engine removed if the car is purely for value).

What the team will experience?


The team will learn what it is like to work in a custom car workshop environment with all the toys. They will take up responsibility for turning an old car into a new ride packed with style, sound and sensation.
 
They will work as a team in a structured way from the planning, procurement and materials section through to aesthetic design, conversion, transformation and installation of sound, re-upholstery and certification.

The cars will then be entered into the Pimp my Ride Parade which culminates in a party of note as delegates arrive in character with Bling etc.
 

More information on the Process

Process:

This is a progressive teambuilding experience that happens over a 5 week period. Each team is given 4 hours in each session with their cars to work their way through the following stages:

Stage 1: Car Selection, Procurement and Materials Selection

Stage 2: Aesthetic Design and Vehicle Preparation

Stage 3: Renovation, Restoration and Transformation

Stage 4: Completion and Certification

Stage 5: Celebration and Donation

This is a great way to get everyone involved in changing the status quo for the better.  Teams learn to collaborate, plan and create something which not only gives them pleasure but changes the lives of others for the better.

At Elephants in Main Street, we see no reason why a great teambuilding experience can't be an exceptionally fun, innovative, socially responsible experience that provides fun and help for one and all.

This is an automatic, hydromatic, grease lightning experience.

  • Accommodation for our facilitators if required
  • Flights and car rental if required
